If you believe Aspire Serenity Home Health Care has failed to provide services or discriminated in any way, you can file a grievance in person, by mail, or by email with our Civil Rights Coordinator. You can also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.
