Aspire Serenity Home Health Care
About Us

Care that begins with listening.

Aspire Serenity was founded on a simple, stubborn belief: home health care should treat people like people — not service tickets. Here's how we work to live up to that.

Our Story

Built for the moments that matter.

Aspire Serenity Home Health was founded in King County by a group of clinicians and family caregivers who'd watched too many home health experiences fall short — for the families receiving care, and for the caregivers delivering it.

We started with a different premise: that how care is delivered matters as much as what's delivered. That continuity of caregiver isn't a nice-to-have, it's the foundation of trust. That paying caregivers fairly and training them well isn't a cost — it's the only path to the quality our families deserve.

Today we serve families across King County with a full range of licensed home health services, from skilled nursing to rehabilitation therapy. We're licensed by the Washington State Department of Health and proudly local — and we measure ourselves not by the volume of cases we open, but by the families who tell us, years later, that we made a hard chapter feel a little less hard.

What We Stand For

Four values, written on the wall.

01

Dignity in every interaction

The work of bathing, dressing, and feeding another person is sacred. We train our caregivers — and remind ourselves — that the small moments are the whole job.

02

Continuity over convenience

The same caregiver, week after week. It costs us more to schedule this way. The families and seniors we serve tell us it's worth every dollar.

03

Clinical rigor, always

An RN reviews every active case. We follow evidence-based protocols. We document carefully. Compassion without competence isn't care — it's well-meaning negligence.

04

Caregivers, treated well

We pay above market, train continuously, and listen when our team raises concerns. Burnt-out caregivers can't deliver gentle care. We refuse to build that way.

Credentials & Licensing

Vetted, licensed, and accountable.

Trust isn't claimed — it's documented. We are licensed by the Washington State Department of Health and maintain clinical oversight you can verify.

Family Stories

The words of the people we serve.

When mom came home from the hospital we were terrified. Aspire's RN walked us through everything — from the medication schedule to how to help her stand up safely. Two months later she's stronger than before her fall.

The same caregiver, Maria, has been with my dad for over a year now. She knows how he likes his coffee, when to tease him, and when to just sit quietly. That's not staffing — that's family.

I called three other agencies before Aspire. They were the only ones who actually listened before pitching me a service. That conversation alone earned my trust.

Hospice was the hardest decision of our lives. The Aspire team made the last six weeks of my mother's life full of dignity. We will never forget that.
